You’ll become a product/service specialist, deliver exceptional support, and strengthen your problem-solving, communication, and empathy skills. Fluent English, basic computer literacy, excellent interpersonal and time-management abilities, and a flexible, team-oriented mindset are essential.

Previous client-facing experience is a plus; candidates must hold Portuguese citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit and reside in the Lisbon area.
