Amazon E-Commerce Specialist — Part-Time / Freelance

About the Role

I am looking for an experienced Amazon E-Commerce Specialist to help launch and develop an Amazon business in Europe.

I have an initial investment budget of approximately €5,000 and am looking for someone with practical, proven Amazon experience who can help with product research, business strategy, sourcing, launch and ongoing management.

This is initially a part-time/freelance position, with the possibility of a longer-term relationship as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable Amazon products and opportunities

• Analyze competition, demand, pricing and profitability

• Calculate realistic product margins and costs

• Research and evaluate suppliers

• Develop a product launch strategy

• Manage and optimize Amazon listings

• Conduct keyword research and SEO

• Plan and manage Amazon PPC campaigns

• Monitor sales, advertising and profitability

• Provide regular performance reports

• Recommend ways to improve sales and margins

• Help develop a 30/60/90-day Amazon business plan

Requirements

• Proven experience selling on Amazon

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central

• Practical experience with Amazon FBA

• Experience with product research and sourcing

• Knowledge of Amazon PPC

• Strong understanding of Amazon fees and profitability

• Analytical and data-driven approach

• Good communication skills

• Experience with European Amazon marketplaces is highly preferred

Experience with Amazon Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands or UK is a strong advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for someone who promises guaranteed profits or unrealistic monthly income.

We want someone who can demonstrate real experience and explain their decisions using data.

You should be able to answer questions such as:

• How would you invest an initial €5,000?

• How do you identify and validate a profitable product?

• How do you calculate true net profit after Amazon fees, advertising, product costs and other expenses?

• Which Amazon business model would you recommend for this budget and why?

• What would you focus on during the first 90 days?

Compensation

The initial arrangement will be a paid trial/project or part-time engagement.

Depending on experience and responsibilities, compensation may include:

• Fixed monthly/project payment

• Performance-based bonus

• Potential long-term arrangement as the business grows

The exact compensation will be discussed with the successful candidate.
