InsightOrba is an international platform where users seek light guidance, conversation, and a welcoming environment. As part of our team, you’ll respond to users via our dedicated chat system, offering clear, warm, and professional support.

No prior experience is required, we offer complete paid training.

Your Role

• Respond to users through online chat in a friendly and supportive way 

• Answer questions and keep conversations flowing naturally

• Suggest extended (paid) sessions when appropriate

• Maintain a professional, caring, and clear communication style

What We’re Looking For

• Strong typing skills and the ability to express yourself clearly in English

• Full-time availability (8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
