Assistente de Check-In (Part-Time) para Airbnb – Cascais

Procura-se pessoa simpática, responsável e fluente em inglês e português para ajudar com check-ins de hóspedes de um apartamento Airbnb em Cascais.

Funções:

• Receber e fazer check-in dos hóspedes (presencialmente)

• Comunicar com os hóspedes através da app do Airbnb

• Carregar faturas no portal das Finanças

• Apoio ocasional com pedidos simples dos hóspedes

Oferecemos:

• Trabalho flexível e part-time (ideal para estudantes ou freelancers)

• Pagamento por check-in realizado

• Tempo médio de trabalho: 3–4 horas por mês

• Instruções e apoio fornecidos

Requisitos:

• Fluente em inglês e português

• Residir em Cascais ou nas redondezas

• Simpático(a), responsável e orientado(a) para o serviço ao cliente

• Telemóvel com acesso à internet

• Conhecimento básico do portal das Finanças (ou vontade de aprender)

Are you friendly, reliable, and fluent in both English and Portuguese? I’m looking for a local assistant in or near Cascais to help manage check-ins for my Airbnb guests.

What you’ll do:

• Communicate with guests via the Airbnb app (answering basic questions)

• Upload invoices to the Finanças portal

• Occasionally assist with minor guest requests
