What Youll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Deliver outstanding service via chat, email, and phone
Troubleshoot issues and guide users through solutions
Educate users on platform features to maximize their website potential
Partner with internal teams to solve complex technical challenges
Stay current with updates and new features
Gather and share user feedback to help improve experiences
What You Bring
Youll thrive in this role if you:
Are fluent in German (written and spoken) and proficient in English (B2)
Have prior experience in customer service, tech support, or similar fields
Communicate clearly and effectively
Are quick to pick up new technologies and tools
Bring patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills
Have experience with website builders or CMS platforms (a plus, not required)
