Customer Operations Expert

We’re currently looking for Operations Customer Expert with English language, to join an international project connected to one of the world’s biggest social media platforms.

In this role, you’ll support small and medium-sized businesses and help them grow through digital advertising. Your day-to-day work will include providing pre- and post-sales support as well as product and tool assistance via phone, chat and email.

What we’re looking for:

-Fluent English – C1 minimum

-Excellent communication skills

- Customer-focused and empathetic approach

-Ability to handle sensitive information

- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

- Fast learning ability- No experience required!

Location: Lisbon – on-site

Schedule: 40 hours/week, rotational shifts

Training: Around 15 working days, in English

Monthly salary: €1237 gross/month

Private health & dental insurance after contract signature

Employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months, with the possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years
