Customer Service Advisor – FRENCH Speaker C2, Remote from Braga Area

Location: Work from home (must live in Braga or within a 50 km radius)

Contract Duration: 6 months

• Working Hours: Monday to Sunday – 24/7 rotational shifts, 2 rotational days off per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling technical queries efficiently

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

• Provide a positive customer experience through active listening and solution-oriented support;

• Build strong relationships by acting as a service partner, not just support;

• Ensure a smooth and seamless user journey;

• Support the company’s commitment to energy transition and sustainability

Requirements:

• Fluent French (C2 level) and English (minimum B2 level);

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Previous experience in customer service/contact center (preferred);

• Technical or product support experience is a plus;

• Interest or basic knowledge in electric mobility or sustainable energy (nice to have);

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;

• Availability for rotational shifts (24/7 schedule).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: €1085 x 12 months;

• Complexity bonus: €70 x 11 months;

• Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day;

• Health insurance provided from day one (monthly payment);

• Health insurance becomes free after 6 months;

Important Requirements:

Candidates must already have a valid NIF and NISS (mandatory for hiring and health insurance enrollment)
