Your Responsibilities, as part of our customer support team, you will:

• Deliver exceptional assistance for diabetes care devices via phone, email, chat, and SMS

• Provide technical troubleshooting with empathy and professionalism

• Process orders, renewals, and documentation

• Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and guidelines

• Collaborate across multiple European markets

What They’re Looking For:

• Fluency in German (C2) and strong English skills (minimum C1)

• Ability to support multiple markets effectively

• Prior experience in technical support or healthcare is a plus

• Familiarity with diabetes or medical technology is highly valued

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Resilient under pressure with strong attention to detail

What They Offer:

• Initial 6-month contract (renewable)

• 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights and weekends (2 rotating days off)

• Monthly salary: €1,100 x14 or €1,283 x12 (you choose!)

• €400 complexity bonus (11 months/year)

• €7.63 net meal allowance per working day (ticket card)

• Optional health insurance upon monthly payment
