Customer Support for German Speakers Work from Home

"We are looking for motivated German-speaking Customer Support Agents to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our customers."

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and online to provide excellent service;

• Build strong customer relationships while assisting with enquiries such as order taking, product details, delivery tracking, returns, sizing, and quality issues;

• Discuss new products and handle multiple tasks to promptly resolve customer queries;

• Identify process improvements that enhance sales, brand loyalty, and the overall customer experience;

• Keep internal systems updated with accurate information and support marketing, retail, and other teams in improving customer satisfaction.

Working Schedule:

• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Monday to Friday, 2 rotating shifts - applies to all supported languages.

• Peak Season: 4 weekends per year between November and December.

• Weekend agents: fixed shift 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM - receive a weekday off in exchange.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent;

• Fluency in German and good level of English;

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach;

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

• Salary Options: 1100eur gross x 14 months or 1283eur gross x 12 months;

• Meal allowance: 7.63eur per day, paid via meal card;

Work-from-home iber internet and cable connection only, other types of connections are not accepted, regardless of speed.
