Domestic Couple / Casal Doméstico (Driver + Cook) - Full Time

We are looking for a professional and experienced Domestic Couple (preferably Filipino nationals) to support a private family in Lisbon.

The household consists of one adult and a teenager. We are looking for trustworthy staff with a "can-do" attitude to manage the property and daily logistics.

The Roles:

1. Gentleman (Driver / House Manager):

• Daily driving duties (chauffeur for the principal and family).

• Grocery shopping and errands.

• Monitoring house maintenance (pool, garden, repairs) and coordinating with external service providers.

• Table service during occasional events/dinners.

2. Lady (Private Chef / Housekeeper Supervisor):

• Cooking: Preparation of daily meals with a focus on healthy cuisine.

• Supervision: Overseeing laundry and wardrobe management.

• Note: We already employ a daily cleaner (8h/day) for deep cleaning. Your role will be focused on cooking, organization, and finishing touches.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English.

• Valid Driving License (for the driver) is mandatory.

• Must be currently in Portugal with valid work/residence permits.

• Pet Friendly: We have a dog.

• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings when required (extra hours).

Conditions:

• Contract: Full-time legal contract.

• Schedule: Flexible hours. Not a 24/7 role, but availability is key.

• Accommodation: This is currently a Live-Out position (no room in the main house). However, we are open to negotiating a housing allowance or helping find accommodation nearby for the right couple.

• Salary: Competitive, negotiable based on experience.
