Responsibilities:

• Answering questions about coverage, assisting with policy cancellations, and helping insurance brokers direct their inquiries. Success in this role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will manage both inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails.

Requirements

• C1/C2 level language skill

• Ability to work independently and/or in a team

• Problem solving-skills

• Good communications skills (both verbal and written)

• Positive attitude

• Ambitious

• English B2

Working hours

• 40 Hours per week from Monday to Friday, between 7:30AM and 8PM local business hours.

• Your holiday entitlement follows the Portuguese law with 22 days per year.
