Finance and Controlling Manager

Inter Q & Services Lda is a multinational company headquartered in Portugal, Europe. We operate internationally in the areas of auditing, inspection, verification, testing and technical analysis of inputs and products.

With employees located in several countries, we offer a network of highly qualified inspectors and quality auditors to work in various industrial areas.

We are continuing to grow and are currently looking for a Finance and Controlling Manager to become part of our team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Development and management of the Finance and Controlling department for the Portugal head office and all subsidiaries

• Implementation and development of operational key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Controlling and preparation of target/actual analyses as well as ad hoc evaluations, forecasts and cost controls as part of regular reporting

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and coordination of all tax issues with the tax advisor

• Preparation of corporate and liquidity plans and their ongoing development

• Contact person for auditors and tax consultants

Our Requirements:

• Successfully completed bachelors degree or higher in finance or economy with further training as an accountant or adegree in business administration specialising in finance and accounting

• Sound knowledge in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with tax regulations

• Professional experience in the finance sector with a focus on accounting and controlling

• High level of affinity for numbers and detail, diligence, sense of responsibility and reliability

• Quick comprehension, good communication skills

• Discretion, independence and flexibility

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excell)
