German Content Moderator for an international short video platform

Position: Content Moderation Advisor (German and English) for an international short-form video platform

Location: Sete Rios office

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday – Sunday, 24/7

Probation Period: 30 Days

Contract: Unfixed term

Start date is set to May 13

We are hiring fluent or native German Content Moderators for an international client with a project for a a leading destination for short-form mobile video. ​With more than 1 billion users on the platform, Content Moderators play a crucial role in address​ing objectionable or disturbing content​.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to our platform.

• Developing, improving, and maintaining standards for the security of our online communities.

• Improving the content management strategy for short video platforms.

• Coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our policies.

Requirements: ​

• Fluent (C1) or native German ​

• English proficiency (written and spoken) at C1 level

• Manifestation of interest/residence permit for Portugal/job seeker visa ​

• Availability to work onsite in Lisbon in 24/7 rotational shifts

• Short-term availability to join project on May 13
