German-Speaking Customer Service Platinium Advisor (Remote in Portugal)

Your main tasks would include:

Handling incoming customer contacts by phone Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Supporting customers and building long-term loyalty Advising customers on services and offers Managing different types of requests, from billing to technical and commercial topics

Your qualifications:

Solid knowledge and experience in a call centre Languages: German / English

Strong commitment and customer focus

Flexibility and ability to work under pressure

Strong communication skills Independent and precise working style

Reliability and punctuality

Good PC skills

Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating shifts:

07:00 – 16:00

08:00 – 17:00

09:00 – 18:00

Salary and Benefits:

Base salary: 920€ gross/month

Performance bonus: up to 360€ gross/month

Language allowance (German + English): 500€ gross/month

Additional 150€ for Multi-Skill department

Meal allowance: 10.20€ net/day (up to approx. 214.20€/month)

Attendance bonus: 110€ gross/month

Flex work allowance: 60€ gross/month

Permanent contract after 6 months

Health insurance provided

Possibility to work remotely from other countries after 6 months
