LUFADA TVDE is an emerging company currently in possession of one hundred and twenty vehicles, with plans to expand to a thousand vehicles this year. We are seeking an experienced individual proficient in digital marketing to promote our company and recruit drivers.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and outcomes.

• Proficiency in maximizing company exposure on the internet, including but not limited to social media, search engine marketing, and other digital platforms.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of devising effective marketing strategies and overseeing their implementation.

• Fluent in both English and Portuguese to facilitate seamless communication within our international team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, encompassing online advertising, content marketing, and social media management.

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.

• Responsible for driver recruitment, collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure both the quality and quantity of drivers meet company standards.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment between marketing activities and the overall company development strategy.
