Home Maintenance Technician / Handyman (Lisbon)

We are looking for a skilled home maintenance technician to support repairs across a few Airbnb apartments in Lisbon. This is part-time work, ~1–2 hours per day, and tasks are shared one day in advance, so you can manage other clients or jobs in parallel.

Tasks include:

• Small plumbing fixes (leaks, traps, faucets, shower heads)

• AC maintenance / troubleshooting

• electrical work (sockets, switches, light fixtures)

• Appliance repairs (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave)

• Small carpentry / furniture assembly / adjustments

• On-site visits when needed, mostly during the day

Requirements:

• Proven experience in home maintenance/repairs

• Own tools

• Responsible, punctual, good communication

• Based in Lisbon

• Must speak English
