We are looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in this position

• Ability to learn new skills quickly

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

• Be organized, hardworking and have strong communication skills in English (B2 level)

• A passion for serving all special guests

Your daily tasks:

• Leave every place clean and tidy by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing

• Ensure each room tells a story of comfort and luxury

• Communicate with superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances

• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience

• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate

• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

• Be ready to clean common areas, hallways and sanitary facilities

• Open and flexible to help in other departments

Salary: 

The all-in salary is 17,30 EUR gross per hour (including benefits and holiday pay). It can add up to 520 per week based on 38 hours!
