International Customer Service & Support Specialist

Your role

• Provide high-quality inbound and/or outbound customer service and support across various channels (phone, chat, email) for international markets.

• Resolve customer inquiries, process orders or claims, assist with product/service information, and escalate when needed.

• Work in a dynamic multilingual environment, collaborating with colleagues from many countries and markets.

• Participate in training and development programs; embrace continuous improvement in service delivery.

What we are looking for

• Advanced proficiency in English (strong verbal and written skills). 

• Proficiency in at least one other language (for example: German, French, Spanish, Italian or other native-level language) demonstrated or native-level. 

• Excellent communication, active listening, interpersonal skills and a genuine customer-centric mindset.

• Comfortable working in a multicultural team, flexible with shifts and adaptation to different working hours. 

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional language or customer service experience is a plus.
