Italian-Speaking Tech Customer Service Agent – Move to Lisbon! (Up to €1,400+/month)

We are looking for enthusiastic Italian speakers to join a leading global Technology Company in Lisbon as a Tech Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be the go-to person for our customers, turning technical issues into seamless, positive experiences and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

What We Offer (Compensation & Benefits)

• Base Salary: €1,024 per month (paid across 14 months per year).

• Performance Bonus: Up to €225 per month (paid across 11 months per year).

• Food Allowance: €7.63 per working day (approx. €160+ net extra per month, paid tax-free onto a meal card).

• Training: Fully paid, comprehensive initial training onboarding program.

• Work Environment: Modern, multicultural offices located in the heart of Lisbon.

Work Schedule & Hours

• Operational Hours: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays) on rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00(8 hours per day).

• Days Off: 2 days off per week (Sunday is always off + 1 additional rotational day during the week).

Who We Are Looking For

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian.

• Good level of English (for internal communication and training purposes).

• Tech-savvy: Comfortable navigating digital tools, software, and troubleshooting basics.

• Problem solver: Able to think on your feet and find fast, effective solutions.

• Empathetic & Patient: Skilled at handling frustrated customers with care, professionalism, and resilience under pressure.

• Strong Communicator: Clear, confident, and detail-oriented when explaining solutions.

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is a strong plus, but not mandatory (we value your attitude and potential!).
