Become a Team Lead at Ananda Kalyani – A Purpose-Driven Project in Portugal 

Ananda Kalyani is a spirituality-based project focused on holistic regeneration (social, economic, ecological). We envision a world in which humanity thrives in harmony with nature, and imagine a just society that, guided by spiritually minded leaders, moves towards the well-being of all.

It is our mission to set an example of community service, social and economic development, a regenerative relationship with nature, and decentralized regional self-reliance. We aim to expand all possible services in the fields of education, culture, economics, and spirituality to uplift the fate and elevate the standard of all people, and all living beings, irrespective of race, religion, or nationality.

Feeling the calling to contribute? Join us in our gorgeous green valley in the heart of Portugal, near the Serra da Estrela Nature Reserve. Over the last years, we have transformed this lush but once-abandoned valley into a thriving and habitable place. The land covers 50 hectares, including wild forests, a fresh river, scattered ruins, small springs, wild fruit trees, and 11 hectares of certified organic agriculture land.

Becoming a Team Lead We are currently looking for dedicated Team Leads to guide different areas of our project (such as maintenance, visitor, logistics, and communication & marketing). As a lead, you will take responsibility for the smooth operation and growth of your area, while living and working in a unique environment that combines community, spirituality, and sustainability.

This is not a conventional job. It is about being of service, learning and purposeful living. You will receive some financial means to support your stay, but the deeper reward comes from being part of a meaningful project and loving community that co-creates a better world.
