We are a small creative atelier producing high-quality handmade lighting sconces (Frames).

Our focus is on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and creating beautiful high-end luxury,

lasting pieces.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Workshop professional to join our team and support the

making of our Frames (Assembling the paper shade). This role does not require design

experience, but rather a reliable and meticulous manual work. You will work closely with the

atelier team, learning the process and techniques, and contributing to day-to-day production.

Main Responsibilities

- Assist in the making and assembly of Frames

- Handle materials and tools with care and precision

- Follow established production methods and quality standards

- Maintain an organized and clean workspace

- Support the team with other workshop tasks as needed

Requirements

- Experience in manual or craft work (woodwork, metalwork, or similar) is a plus, but not

mandatory, training will be provided.

- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions

- Fluent in Portuguese and/or English

- Available to work under Recibos Verdes (self-employed contract)
