Personal/Executive Assistant

Investment company Chairman is looking for an assistant for remote work.

Requirements:

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Basic Portuguese

Spanish would be an advantage

Experience in office or administrative work

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Ability to work independently from home

Work format: Fully remote (Remote work). This is a completely remote position.

Important information:

Working hours are flexible with a lot of free time. The exact schedule and working hours will be discussed during the interview.
