Product Manager - Lighting

LUCIO is a lighting manufacturer operating in the European and Middle East markets.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our factory in Santa Maria da Feira, Aveiro.

Responsibilities:

• Identify market needs and define product specifications

• Manage all phases of the product lifecycle

• Define, implement, and control the product introduction process

• Deliver product training for internal teams and external partners

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Deep understanding of lighting (LED, optics, drivers, lighting standards, etc.)

• Experience in product management

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Strong communication skills and knowledge of the English language
