Company: We are an International Recruitment Agency which provides permanent recruitment solutions for our clients in the Engineering, Construction, Finance, Healthcare, Hospitality, and many other sectors Worldwide!

Position: We are looking for ambitious & enthusiastic recruiters to join our international team!

You are expected to be fast, autonomous & creative through the strategic sourcing of candidates by various means (i.e., social media, referrals), doing interviews and selection procedures, building a talent pipeline and working on digital recruitment campaigns!

To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with candidates!

Main Responsibilities:

Full Recruitment cycle: from CV search, screening and interviewing candidates, arranging interviews, and mediating negotiations in close collaboration with the clients to drive the recruitment process toward successful conclusion.

Conducting necessary external research (databases, social networks, etc.) to source / identify prospective candidates and to develop the target list.

Business development possibilities to manage the recruitment process from seeking out new client companies and finding high-level job vacancies inside those firms to sourcing the best candidates for that role and managing their process from interview preparation to offer and acceptance.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in our database.

Provide daily & weekly activity reports.

Main Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Recruitment Agency OR in a Sales role.

Experienced in fast paced recruitment/sales & working under pressure.

International work/living experience is a plus.

Must be fluent/native in English.

Must be able to recruit for different sectors (i.e., Engineering, Construction, Finance, Healthcare, etc.) & different roles (i.e., C-Level to Medium Level positions)!

Good time management as well as flexibility in dealing with unexpected situations.

Excellent communication skills - with strong Negotiating and Influencing skills

Social Media savvy, criative, dinamic, autonomous & ambicious!
