SEO Specialist / Growth Strategist — Lisbon (hybrid: 4 days in-office, Fridays remote)

A fast-growing digital scale-up (confidential search, run via Marden SEO) is hiring an early-career SEO Specialist to own organic growth for a product used by millions.

What you'll do: run technical audits and ship the fixes, map keyword strategy to revenue, own performance dashboards, run experiments across engineering, content and product.

You are: 1-2 years in SEO/growth, or a recent graduate with real projects to show (internships, side projects, your own site). Comfortable in data (SQL/Python a plus), self-driven, honest with numbers.

Salary: €24,000-€35,000/year depending on experience. Lisbon-based or ready to relocate.
