JOB TITLE: Maintenance Technician

LOCATION: Central of the Netherlands

WORKTIME: This role involves two shifts. The work may vary from light to heavy, depending on the tasks. The working week is typically 40 hours, with a potential shift allowance.

Job description: As a Maintenance Technician, you play a crucial role in keeping our machinery and production processes running smoothly. Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll ensure that our equipment operates at peak performance, allowing our production teams to meet their targets efficiently. Work is conducted in a cleanroom, requiring special protective clothing to maintain hygiene standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

-2 years’ experience in a similar role

-Minimum B1 English or Dutch

-Driving License

-Technical and mechanical skills, including pneumatics, electrical control, and PLC programming.

-Experience with electro and information systems, network communication, and data collection systems.

-Strong analytical abilities, troubleshooting experience, and effective communication skills.

-Knowledge of and experience with GMP and ISO 13485 (advantageous but not mandatory).

Key responsibilities include:

-Conducting regular inspections and audits, meticulously documenting your findings to ensure seamless operations.

-Leading scheduled maintenance and guiding external technicians and suppliers during these periods.

-Troubleshooting and analyzing machinery breakdowns to uncover root causes and implement solutions to minimize downtime.

-Actively participating in improvement projects and contributing to the development and execution of initiatives to increase efficiency.

-Creating new work instructions and preventive maintenance documentation to ensure everyone works effectively.

-Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
