JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Perform routine maintenance on machinery, and equipment used in the packaging manufacturing process.

-Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues, including wiring problems, motor malfunctions, and control system failures.

-Repair or replace faulty components and ensure that all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

-Conduct preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment breakdowns and prolong the lifespan of machinery.

-Collaborate with production staff to identify maintenance needs and schedule downtime for repairs.

-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inspections, and parts inventory.

-Adhere to safety protocols and comply with company policies and procedures at all times.

-Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in maintenance technology.

-Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum B1 English

-Driving License

-Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Technician or Electro Technician in a manufacturing environment.

-Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate tools and techniques.

-Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.

-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

-Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
