This succulent is about as low-maintenance as it gets: barely any watering needed, happy in full sun, and it keeps that neat, rounded, compact shape all year round. The wavy, ruffled leaves with a reddish edge give it a striking, almost sculptural look — like a little piece of living garden art. This specimen is already dense and well-filled, which takes years to achieve, unlike the tiny starter cuttings sold cheaply at garden centres that have none of this presence yet.
