Tem também ar condicionado.

Todas as contas estão incluídas no valor final: luz, internet, ar condicionado, etc…

A casa de banho encontra-se fora da sala, pois tudo funciona num apartamento com mais algumas salas que funcionam também como escritórios independentes.

O espaço pode ser utilizado 24h por dia.

The room has a total of 40 m2 but is divided into two areas, the first with a coworking space with desks and large windows with lots of natural light, and the second half of the room is still being converted into a small photography studio.

The room has a small kitchen area with a minibar and microwave.

It also has air conditioning.

All bills are included in the final price: electricity, internet, air conditioning, etc.

The bathroom is outside the room, as everything works in an apartment with a few more rooms that also function as independent offices.

The space can be used 24 hours a day.
