I speak English. I do not yet know enough Portuguese to have a conversation, but I am slowly learning.

Monthly maintenance price applies after the initial cleaning and with regularly scheduled monthly service.

SMALL HOME TASKS

• Minor sink-drain unclogging / cleaning — from €20 per drain
• Simple caulk removal / replacement — from €20 per project + materials
• Create organized lists or spreadsheets of household belongings, storage items or items being packed for a move — €15/hour
• Home-maintenance checklist or spreadsheet — from €20/project

I have small electric clippers for paw-pad trimming, but I do not currently have full-size electric clippers for body grooming.

Bathing and grooming prices may vary depending on the animal’s size, coat condition and amount of time required.

CHILDCARE / BABYSITTING

Available for limited-hour babysitting and childcare, rather than full-time nanny care.

SKINCARE & BODY CARE

I am a U.S.-licensed Facial Specialist and offer basic non-medical cosmetic skincare services.

• 30-minute basic cleansing & moisturizing facial — €30
• Body scrub / exfoliation treatment — €35 per area

Body scrub services include cosmetic exfoliation and moisturizing of the selected area.

No steam machine is used for facials.

Cosmetic skincare/body-care services only — no medical diagnosis or treatment.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT / CONCIERGE HELP

• Personal errands — €15/hour
• Shopping assistance — €15/hour
• Apartment organization — €15/hour
• Preparing your home before or after travel — €15/hour
• Moving / unpacking assistance — €15/hour
• Researching products or services — €20/hour

TRANSPORTATION

Prices listed do not include the cost of traveling to and from your home or location.

Any public transportation fares, rideshare/taxi costs, or other direct transportation expenses required to reach you and return will be added at actual cost.

If I can reach you using transportation I already have covered at no additional cost, there will be no transportation charge.

• For home repairs, I only take on simple tasks I am comfortable doing, such as minor drain unclogging and basic caulk replacement.
• Medical-record organization is administrative only.
