Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process, creating and promoting job advertisements, maximizing the candidate experience, and using proactive methods to source and recruit candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship development, communication, and advisory skills, with the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Life-Cycle Recruitment:

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.

Job Advertisement:

- Create and promote job advertisements on various platforms.

- Ensure job postings are attractive and reach the right audience.

Candidate Experience:

- Maximize candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.

Sourcing and Recruiting:

- Source and recruit candidates using proactive methods, including social media and networking.

- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels.

Scheduling and Dispatch:**

- Schedule and dispatch staff to assignment projects.

- Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure timely placements.

Requirements:

- English fluent

- Proven relationship development, communication, and advisory skills.

- Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.

- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.

Assets:

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset.

•⁠ ⁠Human Resources related field of study.

•⁠ ⁠Sales experience is considered an asset.
