My lovely Nissan Vanette from 1988. For its age, the van is in good condition. The engine runs well and the van drives.
I have already done several repairs, including a new fuel pump, cylinder head gasket, oil pump, alternator, battery, pipes and tyres. Some rust spots still need to be treated and there are, of course, some scratches and bumps due to its age.
The Inspection has not been renewed since June 2026, as I am currently not using the van.
There is also an electrical issue: while driving, the power supply sometimes cuts out, causing the indicators and other electrical functions to stop working. The headlights remain on. This needs to be checked and repaired.
The van would be perfect as a camper project for someone who has the time and money to invest in an old gem. I have done many road trips with it and it has been a great adventure van.
