Inserida no concelho de Arcos de Valdevez (Onde Portugal se fez) com dois séculos de história,
todo o envolvente é único, o arvoredo como carvalhos centenários, castanheiros, arvores de
fruto como limoeiros e as famosas laranjas de Ermelo, unicas de Portugal, as vistas sobre a
Serra Amarela, a nascente de água que caminha até ao lago onde reside os peixes e as rãs
com seu som tão unico. O ribeiro que percorre todo nascente da quinta, com cascata natural
passando pelo moinho datado de 1888 criam sons unicos em plena natureza. Tudo isto em
plena entrada do Parque Nacional Peneda Gerês (PNPG). A quinta está disposta por várias
áreas e construções destinadas a turismo de habitação em espaço rural, estacionamento, uma
grande piscina e grande espigueiro tradicional minhoto, todo original datado também de 1888.

O edifício principal representa a tradição típica das antigas quintas do Minho onde foram
preservadas as características da época e adicionadas várias áreas destinadas à exploração
turística, com 6 fantásticos apartamentos acolhedores, varandas e vistas magnificas. Um
grande salão multiusos, equipado para refeições e espaços de lazer com jogos tabuleiro,
matrecos e bilhar. Uma cozinha com acesso ao salão e ao exterior preparada para serviços de
