TANGLEWOOD TWR-AB Acoustic Electric Bass Guitar
From Tanglewood’s Roadster range, this electro‑acoustic bass guitar is designed to offer both acoustic tone and the capability to plug in via built‑in electronics.
The spruce top gives clarity and articulation, the mahogany back/sides/neck add warmth and depth. Expect a balanced sound with good projection (especially acoustic) but also mellow low mids thanks to the mahogany body.
The TEQ‑4BT pre-amp lets you plug in, helping to retain acoustic character while giving control over EQ and output.
More substantial than an ordinary acoustic guitar due to deeper body; the scale is long as you would expect from an electric bass. with construction meeting the standards for an acoustic bass in this class.
