É composto por 3 quartos (um beliche no piso térreo e uma cama de casal em mezzanine), sala com kitchenette e casa de banho e duche separado. O projecto à venda tem todos os planos de construção ao pormenor e lista de materiais para auto construção.
O valo anunciado incluí toda a madeira (criptomeria) necessária para a totalidade da casa e as bases de ferro armado que seriam utilizadas para estabilizar a estrutura.
Os restantes materiais (isolamento, cobertura, acabamentos, revestimento interior e exterior) não estão incluídos na compra pelo que podem ser alterados consoante o gosto do comprador. No projecto original o exterior seria maioritariamente em vidro e viroc e o interior em pladur com chão em soalho de matéria.
O transporte do atrelado, madeiras e ferro para o novo local da construção são a cargo do comprador.
Este tipo de casa pode ser colocado em qualquer terreno, por ser considerado móvel. Não fazemos construção.

Truck trailer measuring 13.4m x 2.60m (container carrier) for sale, prepared to accommodate the construction of a wooden house with 28m2 according to the architectural project announced, which was designed for a couple with 2 children. It consists of 3 bedrooms (a bunk bed on the ground floor and a double bed on the mezzanine), living room with kitchenette and bathroom and separate shower.
The project for sale has all detailed construction plans and a list of materials for self-construction.
The announced value includes all the wood (cryptomeria) necessary for the entire house and the reinforced iron bases that would be used to stabilize the structure. The remaining materials (insulation, covering, finishes, interior and exterior covering) are not included in the purchase and can therefore be changed depending on the buyer's taste.
In the original project, the exterior would be mainly made of glass and viroc and the interior would be made of plasterboard with a wooden floor.
The transport of the trailer, wood and iron to the new construction site is the responsibility of the buyer.
This type of house can be placed on any land, as it is considered mobile. We don't do construction.
