Brunch cook / Pastry Assistant — Full-time

Lova Coffee Shop is looking for a Pastry/Brunch Cook to work full time — morning and evening shifts in our open kitchen. SCHEDULE • Basic shift: 9:00 – 17:00 • Alternate shift: 17:00 – 22:00 • 40 hours per week SALARY • €6.00–7.00 per hour LOCATION • Open kitchen at Lova Coffee and Flowers (Alcântara, Lisbon) • Staff meal included • Friendly international team • Opportunity to grow with the brand RESPONSIBILITIES • Bake sponge cakes and assemble layered cakes • Prepare cookies, pies, tarts, and desserts ready for display • Follow recipe cards precisely (weights, techniques, timing) • Maintain a fast, clean, and well-organized workflow • Keep high standards of cleanliness and presentation REQUIREMENTS • Experience with basic pastry production • Attention to detail and responsibility • Ability to work independently • Neat, proactive, and reliable • Understanding of specialty coffee shop style and taste is a plus • Fluent English or Russian – required If you enjoy working with quality products in a calm, aesthetic, and cozy environment — we’d be happy to meet you.
