Customer Service / Waiter Staff

We are looking for one person to reinforce our team full time.

Your mission

* Provide personalized customer service; This is the most important point for us. You like talking to customers and trying to make sure that they are having a good time.

* Record customer orders, prepare them, plate them, and/or communicate them to the kitchen;

* Provide support in service preparation;

* Provide information and beverage suggestions to customers;

* Receive and inspect merchandise;

* Issue invoices and process billing.

Your profile

* Experience working at tables and/or bar;

* Fluency in English, knowledge of basic Portuguese; Knowledge of French a plus.

* Availability to work at night

* Assertive communication, friendliness, empathy, and a passion for customer service;

* Self-motivation, creating a positive environment with customers and teammates;

* Active listening skills;

* Desire to exceed customer expectations with excellent service;

* Self-confidence, customer focus, diplomacy, and attention to detail.

We offer:

* Recibo Verde contract with a salary based on proven professional experience (1000euros - 1400 euros/month);
