We’re Hiring – Waiter / Waitress

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

At Eating Bear Taberna Lusitana, we believe that great food deserves exceptional hospitality.

We are looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team and help create memorable dining experiences for guests from all over the world.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred (but not essential).

• Friendly, positive and professional attitude.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a proactive mindset.

• Good level of English (additional languages are a plus).

Your responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with professionalism and warmth.

• Present the menu and recommend food and beverage pairings.

• Take orders accurately and ensure excellent table service.

• Prepare and maintain the dining area before, during and after service.

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth operation.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the visit.
