People-Hub Portugal is recruiting Supermarket Order Pickers for one of the largest supermarket distribution centres in the Netherlands.

IMPORTANT: Applicants with a Temporary Residence Card (TRC), Residence Card or Residence Permit are NOT accepted. You must hold a valid EU Passport or EU National ID Card.

We are looking for reliable and motivated people who are ready to relocate to the Netherlands for a stable, full-time position with long-term opportunities.

About the Role

As a Supermarket Order Picker, you will prepare online grocery orders for customers using an electric order-picking trolley and a handheld scanner. You'll work in a clean, modern and organised supermarket fulfilment centre, ensuring customers receive the correct products.

Main Responsibilities

• Picking grocery products for online customer orders

• Using an electric order-picking trolley

• Scanning products with a handheld scanner

• Checking product quality and freshness

• Packing customer orders into crates

• Following health and safety procedures

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Full training is provided, so previous experience is not required.

Working Hours

• Full-time position

• 32–40 hours per week

• Overtime available

• Shift work, including mornings, afternoons and weekends where required
