Waiter / Front-of-House: July Pop-up at Events Space

Palestinian pop-up running through July, a place where food, memory, and hospitality carry meaning. We're looking for a warm, attentive waiter to help every guest feel at home.

The role You'll take care of guests during service: seating, taking orders, running food and drinks, and keeping the floor calm and welcoming during busy evenings. You'll work alongside one bartender each shift, sharing the room between the restaurant and bar. You're the face of the house to everyone who walks in.

Schedule Wednesday to Saturday, 5pm–11pm. Start immediately. Temporary work through July, with the possibility of part-time or full-time from September.

Pay & perks Paid per day worked. One staff meal provided each shift.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in front-of-house / waiting tables

• Some familiarity with Palestinian or Levantine/Middle Eastern cuisine is ideal, you'll be describing our dishes to guests

• Fluent in English and/or Portuguese

• Comfortable serving in a space that is a restaurant, a bar, and events space all at once

• Warm, attentive, and calm under pressure

• Legally eligible to work in Portugal
