JOIN OUR TEAM: Host and Guest Experience Specialist / Bar PR

(Indoor Mini Golf, Neon Mini Golf, and Beer and Wine Spa — Lisbon)

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and adaptable team members to join our unique entertainment and relaxation concepts in Lisbon! Whether hosting players on our mini golf floors or welcoming guests at our Beer and Wine Spa, you will be the face of our business.

The Position: Hybrid PR and Bar Host

We do not just hire traditional barmen, we look for outgoing brand ambassadors! Under our dual Public Relations and Bar Host framework, you will combine host/PR responsibilities with beverage service to deliver a memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Guest Relations and PR: Greet visitors, explain our venue concepts (mini golf rules, spa experiences), create a fun atmosphere, and handle customer inquiries.

* Bar and Service: Prepare and serve drinks, handle basic counter service, and maintain a clean bar area.

* Floor Operations: Manage venue flow, assist guests throughout their visits, and keep customer areas organized.

What We Are Looking For:

* Languages: Fluent English is essential. Portuguese at a conversational level (or actively learning) is strongly preferred for basic customer service.

* Personality: Outgoing, proactive, and natural at engaging with crowds and individual guests.

* Experience: Hospitality, waitressing, or promo/PR experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.

* Availability: Willingness to work flexible rotas, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
